Shift 40 hours per week; primarily week days; some evenings/weekends may be required Job Summary The Department of Radiology seeks a Patient Services Coordinator to coordinate and schedule imaging appointments for current and new UKHC patients. Duties include coordination of multiple appointments, ensuring all required information is received to correctly schedule and bill imaging studies, provide comprehensive prep information and directions accurately, ask all appropriate pre-screening questions and coordinate pre appointment care, as needed. Skills / Knowledge / Abilities Exceptional customer service and patient centeredness, positive attitude, team oriented, Does this position have supervisory responsibilities? No Preferred Education/Experience More than 4 years of direct patient care experience preferred.
