Patient Service Representative

JOB SUMMARY Responsible for greeting patient, processing paperwork for visit, navigating electronic health records, scheduling appointments, providing patient assistance, collecting appropriate co-pays, answer phones, take messages and/or refers to appropriate employee in a timely manner, and special projects as needed.
MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS High School Diploma or Equivalent
MINIMUM YEARS OF EXPERIENCE REQUIRED One year customer service experience.
REQUIRED LICENSE, REGISTRY OR CERTIFICATION None.
SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND/OR ABILITIES REQUIRED Good communication skills, detail oriented, multi-tasking skills, telephone experience, computers, fax, copiers, and general office equipment.
