Job Description Answer calls, emails, and other requests from patients and healthcare providers while meeting or exceeding service level goals. This is a high-volume role with auto-connected calls. Accurately and completely capture information and update systems appropriately. Provide availability, tracking, and shipping information for patient’s medication as needed. Schedule treatments to be sent to the patient or patient’s healthcare provider. Daily Responsibilities: + Support 6-7 physicians daily with incoming clinical calls and messages, which would be speaking to 30-40 patients per day (call times range) + Field calls as needed for best treatment support + Answer comprehensive clinical questions for patients regarding their treatment plans and physician orders + Build trust and rapport with patients and help them navigate the nephrology process Qualifications: + Active RN or LPN license + 2+ years of nursing experience in a specialty unit or physician office + Any experience in Nephrology, Dialysis, or Cardiology is preferred Benefits: + Monday - Friday standard clinic hours. Calls are auto-connected, so you will be on the phone constantly. 3-week training in person (8:30am to 5pm).
