Patient Service Representative
Job Title: Call Center Representative/Patient support Representative Job Description Answer calls, emails, and other requests from patients and healthcare providers while meeting or exceeding service level goals. This is a high-volume role with auto-connected calls. Accurately and completely capture information and update systems appropriately. Provide availability, tracking, and shipping information for patient’s medication as needed. Schedule treatments to be sent to the patient or patient’s healthcare provider. Hard Skills + Pharmacy + Customer Service This is a fully on-site position Monday to Friday in Louisville, Kentucky. Work EnvironmentDesk job in a close-door pharmacy talking to patients and providers on the phone. Calls are auto-connected, so you will be on the phone constantly. 3-week training in person (8:30am to 5pm).
