Candidates will have e xcellent customer services skills, k nowledge of PC and strong typing skills, k nowledge of medical terminology preferred, t hird party insurance experience needed, a bility to apply critical thinking and logic as it applies to the identification and prioritization of patient and hospital issues and d emonstrates ethical and professional work practices and maintains professional attitude and appearance. Duties include collecting pa tient health insurance verification and pre-authorization information, e xplaining insurance benefits to patients and o btaining signature for consent to treat and bill insurance and regulatory forms. Pay Range: $19.92 to $24.40
