What you will need:
High school graduate with courses in business and computers.Ability to read, write and speak the English language effectively.Excellent communication and customer service skills.One year of medical office experience preferred with understanding of medical and insurance terms.Able to type 50 wpm, error free.
What you will do:
Register patients for multiple hospital services.Demonstrate excellent customer service.Maintain patient confidentiality.Count and balance cash funds and write appropriate an accurate receipt.
