Gundersen Health System is seeking a Patient Liaison Float to join our growing and thriving organization. This is your opportunity to provide both customer service and effective engagement to patients while doing the work you love. 
 
This position is the 'face and voice of the clinic', could this be you? 
 

What's Available:

.8 FTE (32hours/week)

Shift: Monday-Friday with 1 day off every week!

Hours: Must be available between 7:30AM-5:00PM, can vary as Onalaska clinic is open until 7:00PM one night per week

Department: Vision (mostly Optometry, some Ophthalmology)

Location: This position floats to a variety of locations in WI and IA. See specifics below

 

Travel & Schedule:

Drive Time included in FTE - travel compensation (mileage) available. Time and mileage are paid from your “home base” which is determined by where you live and get paid a differential.

Schedule - will know what days and where will be working at least two weeks in advance. *Flexibility needed as things have opportunity to change due to call ins, etc.*

Example: Monday: Sparta: 8-5, Tuesday: Hillsboro: 8-5, Thursday: Onalaska: 8-4, Friday: Decorah: 8-4

 

Clinic Locations:

Wisconsin: Onalaska, La Crosse, Whitehall, Black River Falls, Tomah, Sparta, Friendship, Hillsboro, Viroqua, Prairie du Chien

Iowa: Waukon, Decorah

Provide LOVE + MEDICINE to our patients through providing the best first/last impressions with top-level customer service.

Partner with a team of providers, medical professionals, and managers who are here to support your success and that of our patients in their health journeys.

What you need:

High School Diploma or equivalency

1 year experience in an office setting requiring customer service responsibilities and computer competency in Microsoft Windows.
