Description We are in search of a Patient Financial Services Representative to join our team in the healthcare industry located in French Camp, California. In this role, you will manage a variety of tasks related to third-party billing, collections, and other administration functions. You will oversee a team handling complex billing tasks, including patient account billing, claim denials, reimbursements, and collections. Responsibilities: • Supervise and coordinate the operations of the clerical unit within the business office. • Ensure the accurate and timely billing of patient accounts. • Manage and resolve claim denials and reimbursement issues. • Collaborate with insurance representatives and internal teams to correct billing issues. • Oversee and ensure the accuracy of customer credit records. • Train the team on billing procedures, policies, and regulations. • Conduct regular audits of claims, statements, and financial reports. • Ensure compliance with billing rules and legal guidelines. • Utilize skills in Allscripts, Cerner Technologies, CRM, Crystal Reports, Dentrix Dental Software, answering inbound calls, authorizations, benefit functions, and billing functions. • Handle complex billing problems and appeals with a strong problem-solving approach.
