Patient Experience Liaison

Atlantic Health System is seeking a Per Diem Patient Experience Liaison at Overlook Medical Center for the Greeters/Screeners Department. Required hours vary: Primarily weekends with other shifts during the week, as coverage is needed.

Essential Functions

Greeting and assisting patients, families, and visitors at our busy entrances and in family waiting areas located throughout the facility. Must be able to manage multiple inquiries in a calm and professional manner. Candidate must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Able to multitask and be flexible with facilitating inquiries for patients, visitors, and family members. Good communication skills.  Other duties as required.

Qualifications/Requirements:

To provide a safe environment to our patients, we require that all candidates must be able to read, write and speak English. High School Diploma or GED required or will obtain within 2 years of employment.

Relevant Experience:

1-3 years' experience in customer service is strongly preferred. Experience and interest in health-care field is preferred. Bilingual a plus (preferred).
