The Patient and Guest Relations Specialist assists in providing support services necessary for maintaining customer satisfaction through the role of patient advocate for the hospital and Medical Staff. Support services include receipt of, investigation and coordination of responses to patient and family concerns surrounding the care and services provided at Crouse Hospital and its associated facilities. Position also provides compliment management through data entry to Patient Feedback with related investigation and follow through. Additionally, the Patient and Guest Relations Specialist provides oversight of statistical information related to compliment and complaint reporting.
Hours: Monday through Friday, 12:00 PM to 4 PM, with other shifts as needed
Pay Range: $18.00 to $34.66 /hour (based on experience).
