Make a Difference
The Patient Account Representative for Respiratory Therapy Scheduling and Compliance is responsible for ensuring Community Health Network patients receive accurate medical equipment in a timely manner. This position is very customer service oriented and will require candidates to have the ability to multitask, provide exceptional scheduling services and assist in other areas for support per the needs of the hiring department.
Exceptional Skills and Qualifications
Applicants for this position should be able to collaborate with others in a team setting, have excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude toward problem-solving.
· High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
· Two (2) years or more years’ experience in patient customer service or health care related field required.
· Previous experience with Epic EMR strongly preferred.
· Ensures confidentiality of patient records.
· Meets productivity standards designated by the department.
· Excellent phone etiquette skills.
