Qualifications
High school diploma or GED equivalent requiredBachelor’s degree preferred, but not requiredMinimum of 2-3 years of experience in patient care setting or related experienceOccupational Medicine background or related business experience requiredMust possess excellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to communicate with employees, employers, adjustors and other individuals with a professional and courteous manner dispositionStrong organizational skills and attention to details to handle multiple tasks, short deadlines, frequent interruptions, and shifting prioritiesStrong leadership and training, and presentation skills to drive resultsSkilled in operating phones, personal computers, software and other basic IT systemsMust be proficient in all Microsoft Office program - strong computer skills neededPhysical Demands and Work Environment: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
