Mercy Medical Center is looking for a Patient Access Rep to join our Mammography Team, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and care to all patients and clients.
What you will do:
Greet patients and administer check-in and registration
Prepare charts
Answer multi-line phone and triages calls
Schedule appointments for exams and procedures
Complete a variety of clerical and data entry assignments
Create and maintain a professional, caring and customer-oriented environment

Full Time, 40 hours M-F days

Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
1 years' experience in healthcare preferred
Familiarity with medical terminology
