**About the role**
As a Clinical Pathways Content Manager, you will support the Dedham pathways team on dedicated workstreams and strategic outputs regarding clinical guidance and standardization tools used by health systems, practices, and payers. To succeed in this role, you will:
+ Support consultants in day-to-day management of oncology project activities across multiple workstreams to guide overall strategic direction and delegating tasks to team members as needed
+ Assist in training and development of interns and new hires (Analysts and Senior Analysts), particularly on clinical content & guidance, and oversee analyst workstream progress to ensure project timelines are met, and provide feedback to junior staff.
+ Oversee regular updates of internal research, datasets, and web-based tools based on incoming new data and regular due diligence of literature, databases, clinical trials, clinical guidelines, new product approvals, and notable key events in the US clinical oncology landscape (e.g., health systems, cancer centers, practices, VA system, payer organizations, pathways, and EMR / data vendors).
+ Analyze clinical guidelines, clinical trials, and clinician-facing care management content to assess impact on provider workflow and decision-making.
+ Oversee primary and secondary research relevant to project output to ensure key insights are gathered and validated.
+ Act as internal subject matter expert to support various teams on care standardization, pathways development, user impact, recent key events, and trends in the space.
+ Develop internal processes to efficiently standardize clinical guidance research, maintenance of data records, and ongoing optimization of reports and outputs.
+ Communicate clearly with senior project managers on project responsibilities, progress, alignment to timeline, bandwidth of team to offer additional support, and proactive outreach on any questions or support needs to streamline project execution.
+ Develop detailed project timelines for team to follow to ensure time execution; proactively structure deliverables to ensure organized, MECE and linear logic through project execution.
+ Other relevant duties as assigned.

**Qualifications** :
The skills you bring to the table:
+ Advanced degree (MS, PhD, PharmD, MD) with a life science focus
+ Prior experience in life science consulting, or experience in clinical care management at a health system, cancer center, or community practice (e.g., Clinical Pharmacist, Clinical Care Navigator, Nurse Navigator, Oncologist, Physician Assistant)
+ Experience & comfort with clinical trial and national guidelines content & language, including diagnostic staging, relevant biomarkers, current treatment approaches, product classes and mechanisms of action
+ Strong knowledge of provider and payer dynamics within healthcare, specifically within oncology
+ Superior skills in using MS Office (particularly PowerPoint and Excel)
+ High organizational skill on monitoring, maintaining, and updating large data sets and ongoing research findings
+ Attention to detail
+ Strong collaboration skills; must be a team player able to work with highly-experienced teams as well as able to train new team members
+ Excellent oral and written communication skills

_The expected base salary for this position ranges from $115,000 to $135,000. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus._
