Job DescriptionProvide advice to responsible business units on questions relating to Intellectual Property, especially on patent matters;Provide IP consultant on IP contract negotiation, work on patent license project;Provide legal opinion regarding patent infringement, handle IP infringement case against third parties and from third parties;Determines the strategic patent goals for responsible business unit;Provide regular IP training to responsible business unit, particularly on inventions and patents to engineers;Process Invention Reports, draft and prosecute patent applications, oppositions, and appeals;Manage outside attorneys on patent matters.

QualificationsChinese patent agent certificate holder with experience within the technical fields of automotive or mechanical/electronic engineering, computer technology is a plus, above 5years experiences as patent attorney;Expert in Chinese patent law with knowledge of US and European IP law;Law degree and membership in good standing with the Chinese Bar, and experience in handling litigations;Approaches IP with a strategic mindset by anticipating future business, competitive and legal risks, and looks for creative solutions and opportunities.Strong negotiation and communication skills; able to simply explain complex IP issues in business terms.Demonstrated high integrity and ethics in all dealings, non-political in conduct, while understanding internal and external dynamics.good communication skills, particularly for oral proceedings and negotiation and good internal communication skill within a multinational company;quick understanding of technical and legal matters;self-motivated and initiative, persuasive team worker and proactive;Be able to work under stress, responsive and able to prioritize multiple projects.
