YOUR ROLE Proficiency in Windows Server Administration is mandatory (OS like: 2008R2, 2012R2, 2016, 2019, 2022). Hands-on experience with OS Patching is a must (especially for Windows Server). ITIL V4 certification or equivalent knowledge is required. Knowledge of Hyper-V Administration is advantageous. Proficiency in VMware administration, including virtual machine management. Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends (as needed). Solid understanding of Security and Antivirus systems is necessary. YOUR PROFILE Experience +3 years in IT industry Basic knowledge of troubleshooting Basic knowledge ITIL process and ticketing system Basic knowledge on Patch Management and Antivirus solutions
