A Pastry Commis Chef is responsible for operating the pastry section of the kitchen to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while planning production and developing seasonal offerings.

What will I be doing?
\n\nAssist running the pastry section of the kitchen\nEnsure excellent quality throughout the dessert offerings\nBring creativity to the pastry offerings\nSupervise and coordinate all pastry and dessert preparation and presentation\nPlan production to facilitate daily requirements\nDevelop appropriate seasonal menu offerings\nManage food cost controls to contribute to Food and Beverage revenue\nEnsure compliance with food hygiene and Health and Safety regulations\n\n\n
What are we looking for?
\n\nA minimum of 2 years as a Pastry Chef with high volume food production\nApproaches pastry in a creative way\nStrong supervisory skills\nA current, valid, and relevant trade qualification (proof may be required)\nPositive attitude\nGood communication skills\nCommitted to delivering a high level of customer service\nExcellent grooming standards\nExcellent planning and organising skills\nDedicated to the delivery of exceptional service and continuous improvement\n\n\n
