The Repulse Bay is seeking for a Pastry Chef to support the daily operation of The Verandah, a Western Cuisine in the Food & Beverage Department.

Key Accountabilities
Overseeing the production and daily operation of the Pastry section. Prepare budget for the Pastry section, including staffing, capital equipment and repair & maintenance. Be creative and innovative. Design new themes and recipes for the restaurant. Supervise and provide training to the subordinates. Strictly comply with the HACCP standard. Upkeep the hygiene and sanitation of the kitchen and the staff.
General requirements
Certificate holder of Food and Beverage Operations in VTC or other institutes. Over 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
