Duties:
Getting all outstanding monies in as per debtor’s age analysis Reporting of debtors per branches on a weekly/daily basis per above Sending out monthly statements Credit checks of all new application Notification of all parties concerned of any fraudulent transactions General admin / adhoc duties as required Requirements:
Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience as Debtors Clerk in a dealership environment Must have Evolve experience, no less than 1 year + Outlook + Excel Must be willing to travel to other branches Must have own transport Preferably live near dealership (10-15kms) Hours 8am to 5pm (may vary at month end) Must be available to start immediately Automotive Industry experience ESSENTIAL!!!
