Responsibilities

Lookup correct part numbers for requested items Research alternatives for unavailable parts Build parts pick tickets and estimates for the service department Suggest up-sales items for units in the service dept Pull and cashier needed parts for the service dept Organize service dept. special orders for easy pulling when needed Pull and cashier service special orders and layaways Keep parts to service area clean and organized Inform service writers and management of back ordered parts
