Duties:
Promote sales of correct auto parts to customers Assist customers in selecting the appropriate automotive oils and lubricants for their vehicles Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently Follow prescribed cash, credit, and check processing procedures for merchandise, as per company policy Arrange and plan showroom inventory to maximize sales and increase customer satisfaction Efficiently take care of customer complaints and concerns to the satisfaction of both parties Greet customers as they enter the shop and provide assistance as needed Receive and inspect incoming shipments of automotive oils and lubricants, parts etc Ad hoc duties. Requirements:           
Must have Parts Sales experience in the motor industry Must have good engine oil and lubricants knowledge Minimum of 2 years in the motor industry Ability to understand and present technical information and solutions Strong organisational skills with attention to detail Computer literate Ability to answer telephone calls
