We are seeking an experienced and motivated Parts Manager to lead our parts department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive parts management, excellent leadership skills, and a customer-focused approach. This role is essential to ensuring that our service department operates efficiently and our customers receive the best service possible.

 

Parts Manager Job Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations of the parts department, ensuring inventory accuracy, timely ordering, and efficient distribution of parts. Manage and mentor a team of parts associates, providing guidance and support to achieve department goals. Maintain strong relationships with vendors, negotiating pricing and ensuring timely delivery of parts. Collaborate with service and sales departments to meet customer needs and enhance overall dealership performance. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize department operations. Ensure compliance with all dealership policies and procedures, as well as safety and environmental regulations. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues related to parts orders.
