Parts Finishing Specialist

Key Responsibilities: + Perform fine paint touch-up on parts to ensure a flawless finish and meet quality standards. + Remove masking and address any imperfections on painted surfaces before quality inspection. + Sand, buff, and mask products as needed to prepare them for painting or finishing. + Buff or polish imperfections to meet workmanship and industry standards. + Follow all DG safety procedures and company policies. + Perform additional tasks assigned by management. Required Qualifications: + High School Diploma or Equivalent. + Knowledge and experience with sanding and filling processes (priming and painting experience is a plus). + Ability to read and understand work instructions. + Strong attention to detail to ensure parts meet quality standards. + Ability to work long periods wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). + Physical ability to lift, reach, and pull up to 25 lbs. + Regularly required to stand, sit, and move around the facility. + Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
