Brook Street (UK) Limited is delighted to be recruiting a Parts Advisor for our client in Ballyclare

The primary duties of this position include:

Dealing with parts enquiries via telephone, face to face and e-mailProactive sales of parts to existing and new customers, relationship building with customersFulfilling parts enquiries and orders from retail customers and our own workshopMaintaining an efficient stock control systemParts picking from warehouseMonitoring and order replenishment of impressed stock with key customersAll administrative duties associated with parts ordering and returnsEnsuring that the Parts Department runs as efficiently as possibleEnsuring that customer demands are met, and that the correct solution is suppliedAdhoc duties commensurate with the position

Criteria:

Relevant parts experience within motor factors or commercial vehicle industry - working within a franchised dealership parts department is preferredPC Literate - along with previous experience of using stock control systemsAbility to work as part of a teamAbility to communicate effectively at all levels, both internally and externally, in a professional mannerA full and clean driving licence
