The Parts Advisor will be responsible for providing expert advice and support to our customers, ensuring they receive the right parts and services for their vehicles. Your role will involve working closely with our body shop and fleet team, managing parts inventory and delivering outstanding customer service for fleet maintenance and the body shop. Minimum Qualifications: + High school diploma or equivalent; additional automotive training or certification is a plus. + Proven experience as a parts advisor or in a similar role within the automotive industry. + Strong knowledge of automotive parts and systems. + Excellent customer service and communication skills. + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. + Proficiency in using automotive parts catalogs and inventory management systems. + Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. + Valid driver's license.
