Overview of job
You will provide an Account Management role to TfL, championing their interests internally, and ensuring that all resources are brought to bear to enable Global to over deliver on all their contractual and partnership commitments.

No day is the same. You may be preparing the TfL annual business plan, or working with your commercial and operational colleagues on the rollout of a new asset, or inputting on a piece of artwork destined for the TfL estate, or sharing articles with TfL on the new collaboration area.
You will work with the entire spectrum of the Global departments an all the great talent across the business, from Sales to Marketing, from Operations to Finance, from the Press Office to Legal.
You will really understand the workings of a public body, TfL, and all that comes with that.
Measures of success –
In the first few months, you would have
Built a strong bond with your immediate team and understood the priorities and challenges of the TfL Partnership account.
Familiarised yourself with TfL contracts, including the various tender commitments.
Understood the who’s who of TfL, the workings of the organisation, and have built a positive and productive rapport with your key contacts.
Been out on the TfL environments to familiarise yourself with the various advertising assets and to understand the various challenges that Global face in operating on such a complex estate. Have used your knowledge productively.
Developed a good understanding of the Commercial side of Global (Sales and marketing, Campaign Planning and Programmatic etc) and the wider media market, and have a confident and informed point of view to share when the need arises.
Achieved a good working knowledge of the Operational side of Global (production and posting, maintenance and rebuilds, asset deployment and HSE considerations etc) and be able to input, as required, to ensure we have an efficient and effective end-to-end process.
Written the TfL Annual Business Plan.
Worked with the Partnering Drector to prepare and present the Commercial Working Group and/or the Partnering Board.
Responsibilities of the role
Relationship Management: Develop and maintain a first-class relationship with TfL to ensure a positive and productive partnership.
Commercial, Social Value, and Sustainability: Serve as the internal liaison and point of contact on TfL related initiatives and requirements.
Commercial Working Group support: Collaborate with the Partnership Director to prepare and present at the CWG.
Partnering Board: Assist the Partnership Director with preparing the Partnering Board deck and managing follow-up actions.
Strategy days: Help the Partnership Director deliver the bi-annual strategy days, contributing to planning and execution.
Annual Business Plan & Advertising Strategy: Lead the preparation and presentation of the Annual Business Plan and Advertising Strategy to TfL.
FasTfLow / £9m Value Pot: Collaborate with the Commercial Team to ensure effective management of the £9m Flexi and audio pots. Act as a liaison with CWG for any issues, and coordinate communications regarding Seasonal Messaging with the TfL team.
Collaboration Portal: Work with Kate to keep the collaboration portal up-to-date, dynamic, and engaging, involving team members for support as needed.
DTCP Rollout Project: Coordinate with Operations, Commercial, and TfL stakeholders to ensure a smooth rollout of the DTCPs.
SLNT internal liaison: Liaise with the global SLNT Coordinator as necessary, keeping up to date with progress and ensuring alignment on updates.
Revenue Reporting: Collaborate with the Partnership Executive to provide timely and accurate weekly revenue reports.
Additional Responsibilities: Undertake any other tasks as directed by the Partnership Director.

Experience of the Outdoor Market, the Media Market Place or the Transport would be ideal.
