Job Responsibilities :We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development and Partnership Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology product sales, exceptional partnership-building skills, and a passion for the gaming industry.Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Execute Business Strategies: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue for our AI tools.Partnership Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key partners, working collaboratively to design and implement innovative solutions.Sales and Positioning: Effectively position and sell our AI technology products to potential clients and partners, demonstrating their value and benefits.Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape to inform business strategies.Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and customer support, to ensure alignment and successful execution of business initiatives.Negotiation: Lead negotiations with partners and clients to secure favorable terms and agreements.Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on business development activities, progress, and outcomes.Distributed Teams: Collaborate effectively with distributed teams across different time zones to ensure seamless communication and project execution.Pre-Requisites :Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnership management, preferably in the technology or gaming industry.Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of AI technology and its applications in game development.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.Relationship Building: Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners and clients.Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions to drive business growth.Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional and distributed teams.Results-Oriented: Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and business objectives.Are you game?
