Partnership Development Manager, Ecommerce & Omnichannel
Overview As our ecommerce business continues to flourish, Sprouts is seeking a dynamic Ecommerce & Omnichannel Partnership Development Manager to champion our third-party partnership growth. This pivotal role involves evaluating new business opportunities within our existing partnership network, researching ways to keep Sprouts at the forefront of our customers' minds, and assessing the impact of new ventures on our online sales channel. You will oversee the implementation of proof of concepts through to pilot, and potentially beyond. Reporting directly to the Ecommerce Director, this role offers an exciting opportunity to shape Sprouts' omnichannel experience. The ideal candidate will be extremely business-savvy, customer-focused, and insatiably curious. Previous experience as a business analyst and a proven track record of bringing new business opportunities to fruition are required. Above all, this individual thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Overview of Responsibilities Lead and Manage Novel Partnership Initiatives: Drive the conceptualization, development, and execution of new partnership initiatives. Oversee initiatives from proof-of-concept through pilot phases and ensure scalable implementation. Strategic Assessment and Recommendations: Evaluate the economic and strategic viability of new business prospects. Provide actionable recommendations based on comprehensive financial modeling, cost-benefit analysis, and strategic alignment. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to formulate compelling business cases, conduct feasibility studies, and develop effective go-to-market strategies. Analyze and Optimize Performance: Lead the analysis of business metrics to identify actionable insights and make recommendations that enhance growth and profitability. Regularly review and adjust strategies to drive continuous improvement. Reporting and Communication: Provide detailed monthly updates to the Ecommerce Director and other business leaders on progress, identifying trends, assessing program effectiveness, and offering strategic recommendations for improvement. Market and Technology Insights: Identify and act on market dynamics, customer demands, and emerging technologies to capture and leverage new opportunities. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strategic relationships with external stakeholders, industry experts, and key influencers to advance business development initiatives. Undertake other duties as assigned. #LI-CS1 Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field 5+ years of proven experience in analytics, business intelligence, or a related role within the retail sector; ecommerce experience preferred. Exceptional analytical and financial modeling skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to forge and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders. Strategic thinker with the capacity to drive initiatives from conception to execution, delivering measurable results. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving business needs. Willingness to travel up to 25% as needed.
