Position Overview:
As part of the talented Flite team, you will play a vital role in developing and maintaining loyal, engaged, and high-performing partners. By providing strategic business support and fostering strong relationships, this role ensures that partners appreciate the value of their collaboration with Fliteboard.

Essential Functions:
Collaborate with the NA Service Team Manager, B2B Sales Manager, Regional Reps, and CX team members, and Regional MD to execute a partner success strategy and account management that delivers value and fosters long-term, supportive relationships.
Ensure partners have the resources and support needed to drive sales, enhance customer experience, and strengthen brand loyaltyPartner Onboarding & Account ManagementTechnical & Sales SupportProvide technical product support for partners, including handling sales-related inquiries via the Zendesk interface.Troubleshoot partner technical and operational challenges, working closely with the Tech Service and CX Teams.Performance & KPI ManagementMeet quarterly and annual performance goals as part of the Partner Success Team.Help develop and track KPIs to measure success for AU and ROW (Rest of World) partners.Regularly assess partner performance, engagement, and areas for improvement.Specific Responsibilities
Lead the onboarding process for new commercial partners within the Fliteboard network.Manage and approve wholesale store orders for partner accounts.Ensure partners fully understand ordering processes, product availability, and best practices.Approve and audit warranty claimsCollaborate on spare parts forecasting for the region including pre-season rolloutsFacilitate partner training sessions in conjunction with the Technical Service Team.Improve partner knowledge including portal content, ensuring partners have access to accurate, up-to-date resources.Monitor and improve partner issue resolution time, ensuring prompt and effective solutions.Reduce off-water time by optimizing servicing and repair turning around timesWork with the territory sales manager to evaluate partner success and identify growth opportunities.Proactively support partners in overcoming challenges and maximizing their business potential.Diversity of thought and experiences is fundamental when imagining the unimaginable. Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and 1 year of relevant experience OR 3+ years of relevant experienceThe anticipated pay range for this position is $57,400-$90,600 annually. The actual base pay offered will vary depending on multiple factors including job- related knowledge/skills, relevant experience, business needs, and geographic location. In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
At Brunswick, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the salary range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the specifics of the candidate’s qualifications and the business context.
