Partner Sales Executive

The world’s top companies across every major industry trust Teradata to improve business performance, enrich customer experiences, and fully integrate data across the enterprise. **What You’ll Do** + Shape and drive critical cloud business sales pursuits by Teradata and Microsoft Azure/Amazon Web Services (AWS). + Define and execute a strategy to build effective in-country buying mechanisms (e.g., tenders, co-sell, frameworks, contracts) to position Teradata as a trusted advisor to the field and partners. + Work collaboratively to qualify cloud opportunities, from prospect to signature, alongside account teams, partners, pre-sales, and consulting. + Enable the GTM sales organization and partners to approach new sales opportunities with strategies that maximize cloud agility, innovation, and cost savings. + Drive increased co-sell motions with Cloud Partners; facilitate communication, enablement, and resource alignment to accelerate growth. + Develop strong relationships and advocates with key decision-makers at Cloud Partners, their ecosystems, and within Teradata. + Identify new business opportunities with or through Cloud Partners, develop actionable plans, and gain stakeholder alignment for execution. + Create presentations and materials to support sales in collaboration with Cloud Partners. + Participate in sales calls where Cloud Partners are involved, maintaining up-to-date best practices on partnership engagement. **Who You’ll Work With** You will join the Teradata Cloud Business Unit during a period of fast growth and expansion. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence the future of cloud-based analytics solutions and services while working in a startup-like environment. You will collaborate with a team of business development professionals, cloud experts, and business builders to deploy cloud services and cloud-native integrations that enhance Teradata’s analytics capabilities on public cloud platforms. This position is part of a global team focused on cross-organization and company strategy and investments. You will work closely with sales leaders, pre-sales teams, consulting teams, and IS/ISV partner teams. Your primary responsibility will be managing, growing, and developing Teradata’s regional (Europe) partnerships with Microsoft Azure, AWS, and other key partners, while identifying new business opportunities and driving growth within existing Teradata accounts. In this role, you will manage relationships and integrate Cloud Providers into account planning and co-sell motions, supporting sales calls and maintaining best practices for partnership engagement. As a high-energy, collaborative individual, you’ll work across multiple touchpoints to build strong relationships and support the success of Teradata’s Cloud organization. The successful candidate will report directly to the VP of Partners & Alliances Europe and will be expected to engage with stakeholders at all levels within Teradata and its Cloud Partners. **What Makes You a Qualified Candidate** + Bachelor’s degree (graduate degree a plus) with 5+ years of experience in managing complex relationships with a focus on: + Alliance management within high-tech at strategic, tactical, and operational levels. + Strategy and business planning formulation and execution with measurable results. + Managing complex relationships across multiple organizations, levels, and disciplines. + Proven ability to operate effectively at senior management and C-executive levels, demonstrating executive presence and trust-building skills. + Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including handling sensitive information with diplomacy. + Proficiency in both written and spoken business English. **What You’ll Bring** + Technical background in databases, enterprise software, and knowledge of Teradata solutions. + Passion for success, entrepreneurial mindset, and a results-driven approach. + Excellent presentation skills and confidence to communicate effectively. + Ability to adapt to change, thrive in a collaborative environment, and be a team builder and leader. + Approximately 25% travel flexibility for business purposes. \#LI-AH1 Why We Think You’ll Love Teradata We prioritize a people-first culture because we know our people are at the very heart of our success.
