The Red Hat NA Ecosystem Sales team is looking for a Partner Sales Account Manager to join us in St. Louis,MO. In this role, you will create business plans that align Red Hat's objectives with those of WWT & other potential partners, which in turn will be integrated with the regional management plans and teams. You will work with these strategic partnerships to generate incremental revenue growth, identify new projects for solutions accelerators, and develop repeatable assets. As a Partner Sales Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for these partners with a good understanding of how best to work with these partners to shape the use of Red hat technologies.
What you will do:
+ Build and carry out a business plan with clear goals, objectives, and metrics
+ Provide guidance to and work with Red Hat partners, system integrator (SI) teams, and regional sales teams, as well as our Finance, Legal and Business Affairs, and Operations teams
+ Help shape the partnerships adoption of Red hat technologies in their customers and as part of the overall go to market plans
+ Coordinate regular meetings with global teams; manage the engagement across the extended teams into your partners
+ Manage all relevant programs and offerings while working with internal teams, product marketing managers, and technical leads with named partners
+ Keep an up-to-date knowledge of the industry, good understanding of the business benefits of Red hat portfolio, as well as Red Hat's competitive position
What you will bring:
+ 10+ years of experience working in the high-tech industry
+ 7-10+ years of experience in partner or alliance management
+ Ability to thrive in a dynamic, changing environment and make personal connections with technical-oriented people as well as C-level audiences
+ Good planning and analytical skills; demonstrated ability to apply these skills to complex situations with competing priorities
+ Demonstrated ability to build and maintain both partner and internal executive-level relationships
+ Ability to build and manage account and partner plans
+ Ability to forecast accurately
The salary range for this position is $216,990.00 - $358,000.00 (inclusive of base pay + target incentive compensation). Actual offer will be based on your qualifications.
**Pay Transparency**
Red Hat determines compensation based on several factors including but not limited to job location, experience, applicable skills and training, external market value, and internal pay equity. Annual salary is one component of Red Hat’s compensation package. This position may also be eligible for bonus, commission, and/or equity. For positions with Remote-US locations, the actual salary range for the position may differ based on location but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
