The Partner Operations Specialist role is a key member of the Partner Programs & Operations team connecting partners, Partner development Managers and other internal stakeholders with the partner services they need worldwide. The Partner Operational Specialist provides operational and administrative support to Tungsten Automation's Partners and Partner Development Managers. The primary responsibilities will include collaborating cross-functionally to coordinate partner communications, including highlighting content needing to be communicated, guiding language usage, distribution lists, communication vehicles. Additionally, the Partner Operations Specialist will be responsible for managing partner tier attainment tracking and awarding partner points and point based achievements, including extracting from and updating salesforce, coordinating with sales leadership and partner leadership, and communication with partners. The Partner Programs & Operations team has a variety of responsibilities including Partner Portal management, facilitating partner agreements, partner discounting management, annual partner program release, periodic strategic initiatives, and generally serves as the partner voice within the company. The Partner Operations Specialist will be tasked with supporting various initiatives as they arise.
Key Responsibilities
• Support, coordinate, draft, review and edit partner communications on an as needed basis
• Participate in cross functional meetings to understand partner impact and report to partner teams
• Manage quarterly updates on partner point achievements, including calculating points, updating salesforce, informing partners and addressing discrepancies.
• Education and training materials on points system for partners and internal teams
• Managing the annual tier attainment review with sales and partner leadership
• Executing updates in Salesforce for any approved changes
• Support Partner Program and Partner initiative launches through internal and external communications and webinars
• Manage small projects with a cross functional team, including setting and driving meetings, documenting notes & next steps, following up with action owners to drive outcomes
• Support other projects and initiatives
• Assist with partner events that include communications, sponsorship and awards
