Partner Operations Specialist

We understand the need to provide a flexible working environment partnered with team collaboration and socialization. Therefore, we operate a hybrid working model with 3 days in-office and 2 days remotely. This role is based at our HQ in Solon, Ohio.

Job Description Summary:

The Partner Operations Specialist is responsible for serving as the primary liaison between the Partner Connect team and our professional services partners. This role involves overseeing partner projects, managing sales inquiries, and fostering relationships with both new and existing clients. The specialist will be accountable for the training and education of partners, ensuring the continuous development of skills through platforms like Skill Jar, and keeping certification programs and assessments up to date. Additionally, the role includes promoting the certification program, advocating for partners during escalations, and maintaining the Partner Relationship Management system to ensure timely resolution of issues.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist with efforts to define, maintain and enhance internal & external systems used in collaboration with Partner ConnectContinually collaborate with all teams in creating or revising related business processes and procedures for best practices and consistencyAssist in maintaining partner data and records throughout partner lifecycleProvide support to partners as it relates to the PRM platform Impartner, including addressing any queries, updating the platform with relevant material and resolving issues promptlyCompile and maintain reporting specific to Partner Connect operationLead interdepartmental projects focused on partner initiativesWork with partners and internal MRI teams to enhance the partner experience through relationship building, collaboration and acting as an internal liaison and advocate for partnersServe as an internal and external focal point for partner business activities as well as first level of escalation point for business and technical issuesAssist in managing and overseeing the Partner onboarding process for Service and Consulting PartnersResponsible for developing, enhancing, implementing, and managing the certification and training program for Service and Consulting PartnersMaintain and update the Partner training website (Skilljar) with monthly training offeringsAnalyze feedback from partners to identify areas for improvement and make necessary adjustments to the training curriculumWork closely with GPS on coordinating sub-contracted project work for Service and Consulting PartnersAttend conferences and events as needed. Travel is estimated to be less than 25%

SKILLSREQUIREMENTS: 

3-5 years’ experience in a business development, finance, or related fieldBachelors degree required1-2 years’ project management experience preferredExperience using Salesforce or similar CRMAbility to work within both structured and unstructured scenarios, understand everchanging business requirements, and prioritize Partner acquisitions accordingly.An understanding of MRI products and/or Property Management products and industries desired
