Partner Marketing Manager

Partners have been a critical component of Snowflake’s go-to-market motion since day one. As we work towards strong growth in EMEA, we are looking for a Partner Marketing Manager to increase the local alignment and the impact we make together with our partners in Germany. This role is based out of our Munich office (on hybrid basis - we expect you in the office 2-3 times per week).

We are looking for a strong performer who embraces our Snowflake values, and who is willing to take end-to-end ownership of partner marketing in Germany. You will have the opportunity to make an impact on the local market by leveraging marketing strategies and getting hands-on with various elements of partner marketing. You will work side by side with local Field Marketing to support the local priorities and growth objectives. In this role you will be expected to:

Align closely with the local partner alliances team to define and execute the partner GTM strategy.

Work in tandem with Field Marketing to drive local pipeline growth through and with partners.

Collaborate with the field partner and sales organization to ensure alignment on growth objectives.

Identify, prioritize, and map key local partners to strategic verticals and market drivers.

Foster strong relationships with marketing teams within focus partner organizations.

Plan, execute, and optimize joint marketing initiatives with regional partners to maximize impact.

Develop and manage demand generation programs, including ABM, industry marketing, and strategic events, in collaboration with partners.

Oversee partner communications, including newsletters, content management within the Partner Relationship Management system, and enablement efforts.

Tailor and enhance messaging and content to support regional partner campaigns.

Partner with EMEA marketing, demand generation, industry, ABM, CEC, strategic events, PR, and other teams to ensure a cohesive strategy.

Track, measure, and report on the performance of partner programs, ensuring alignment with growth targets.

Our ideal candidate will have: 

Minimum 5 years in marketing, incl. min. 3 years experience in partner/channel marketing management function in the country/region the role will be based in. Field marketing or campaign marketing management experience that included a strong partner marketing component is also welcome

Track record in developing partner-facing programs and communications, with preference for GSI, RSI, ISV, MSP, Cloud or Tech

Proven success in managing partner and field marketing programs in large enterprise and hyper growth organizations in high tech space

Ability to adapt to and perform effectively in a fast-pace environment 

Ability to combine strategic thinking with operational & executional power

Strong analytical and data-driven mindset 

Exceptional communicator and team player, excellent at stakeholders management 

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects

Proven self-starter with a high degree of initiative

Native/fluent German is a MUST
