Partner Marketing Manager
**DESCRIPTION** We are looking for a Partner Marketing Manager to join the team in support of one of our biggest tech clients. The Partner Marketing team is responsible for driving awareness and adoption in enterprise, accelerating sales of its premium devices and strengthening its brand image among businesses. The team plays a critical role by interacting with key partners (OEMs and Carriers) in Brazil and other premium growth regions. We collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, marketing, finance and legal teams to structure and execute business initiatives, and to enable clear, cohesive engagement plans with partners. As a Partner Marketing Manager, you will interact with our strategic partners, carriers and OEMs. Together with them you will create and deploy co-marketing activities that will drive awareness and growth for the brand and accelerate premium device sales. You will manage integrated marketing campaigns with our partners using your technical aptitude and business judgment. Additionally, you will generate high-impact ideas, manage multiple projects simultaneously. In this role, you will develop effective working relationships and interactions with our partners, and other product and marketing groups across the organization. **RESPONSIBILITIES** + Manage the overall partner marketing strategy and program for enterprise in Brazil and other premium regions. + Develop an understanding of partner needs and how to best position our products in the market. + Segment and profile key market opportunities, identify partners to engage and enable to drive awareness and growth for enterprise. + Manage co-marketing campaign flow, ensuring optimized process workflow and reporting. + Collaborate with the BR Consumer Marketing Team and B2B Manager in Brazil and other premium regions + Collaborate with regional Marketing teams to ensure uniform process and content usage. **QUALIFICATIONS** + 4-5 years of experience with B2B Partner Marketing + Experience working with and executing co-marketing programs with multiple partners + Experience managing external creative agencies, events vendors and international projects with strong project management skills + Ability to interact with technical stakeholders and technologies with technical acumen + Ability to speak Brazilian-Portuguese and English fluently and idiomatically **ABOUT US** Acosta and Mosaic are the sales and marketing powerhouses behind the most recognized and proven brands with top retailers in the United States and Canada.
