The Partner Manager will work with Affirm's most strategic third party partners to expand the distribution of Affirm's services to merchants and end users, with the ultimate goal of driving GMV and revenue growth. The Partner Manager position is a high-profile, partner-facing role requiring outstanding relationship management and strategic planning skills to influence internal and external stakeholders and create strategic opportunities. As the primary contact for Affirm partners, this role is responsible for spearheading business growth through strategic initiatives that expand Affirm's reach and create mutual value for both Affirm and its partners.
What You'll Do:
Directly manage one of Affirm’s major platform distribution partners, spearheading strategic initiatives to foster business expansion and generate growth for AffirmDrive execution of the partnership’s expansion strategy into new markets, verticals and product lines
Create and execute a partner management strategy to increase GMV, revenue, and users, while broadening Affirm's relationship coverage and influence with the partner
Assess partner performance and propose strategies to boost product adoption, expand user awareness and visibility, and ensure continual growth through the partnership
Orchestrate cross-functional teams across our Product, Technical, Credit, Analytics, Marketing, and Risk teams to execute partnership initiatives
Ensure operational excellence and proactively identify areas for process improvement and program optimization, implementing changes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the partnership
What We Look For:
6+ years of B2B client/partner-facing experience, preferably in a high-growth tech environmentVertical experience in e-commerce, fintech, payments, and/or consumer financing is preferred
Prior role experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or enterprise client management is preferred
Excellent customer and/or partnership relationship management skills with the ability to manage strategic accounts
Experience in managing cross-functional projects with a high attention to detail
An exceedingly strong communicator, both in written (e.g. proposals, memos, e-mails) and verbal communications (e.g. presenting)
Strong analytical skills to evaluate business performance and communicate program performance to both internal and external stakeholders
Proven ability to oversee and facilitate complex commercial contract negotiations and successful deal execution (e.g. RFPs, renewals, deal expansions)
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of partnership processes, programs, and key performance indicators
Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, take initiative, and go beyond defined responsibilities to ensure the success of projects and the broader team

Employees new to Affirm typically come in at the start of the pay range. Affirm focuses on providing a simple and transparent pay structure which is based on a variety of factors, including location, experience and job-related skills. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, which includes the annual base pay and the sales incentive target.
Base pay is part of a total compensation package that may include monthly stipends for health, wellness and tech spending, and benefits (including 100% subsidized medical coverage, dental and vision for you and your dependents). In addition, the employees may be eligible for equity rewards offered by Affirm Holdings, Inc. (parent company).
CAN On Target Earnings pay range per year: $163,500 - $238,500
