What you'll do We are incubating the Partner Integration Certification team in the India Development Center. This is a new team with a global responsibility to validate, catalog, and present partner applications on our Marketplace, ensuring strict adherence to established guidelines and industry practices. We are in search of an exceptional engineer to tackle the pivotal role of validating partner integrations for inclusion on the App Marketplace. This role is an individual contributor and will directly report to the Senior Manager of the Partner Integration Certification. Responsibility Execute the functional and technical tests for the partner integrations Validate the partner integrations to published technical guidelines Advise partners on implementing standard practices for integrations Develop and deliver technical presentations, solutions, and whiteboard sessions focused on App Marketplace validations Build out frameworks and tools to validate the partner integrations Run regression tests to test the compatibility for the partner integrations during new platform releases Work with partners to fix issues with integrations Find ways to automate the validation of the integrations to ensure that we can scale these to 1000s of partner integrations Report status regularly with validated integrations,, blocked integrations and next steps for activities to publish to the marketplace Collaborate with internal product teams to identify new products and features for partners, and update the standard protocols accordingly Job Designation Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. What you bring Basic 10+ years of strong testing experience, with a proven track record detecting issues BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience Preferred Experience with Powershell or other scripting languages Proficiency in Java, C#, Python, Rest API, JavaScript Strong understanding of SQA methodologies and practices is a must Hands-on experience with testing automation tools Strong debugging and triaging capabilities Exposure to low-code or no-code platforms, AI/ML solutions Experience with technical business documentation like workflow diagrams, reference architecture, etc. Able to thrive in a matrixed environment and comfortable working with multi-functional teams Proven experience working with partners at all levels of an organization Strong verbal and written communication skills Life at Docusign Working here Docusign is committed to building trust and making the world more agreeable for our employees, customers and the communities in which we live and work.
