Your Role
We are seeking a Partner Events Intern to join our marketing team this summer. This is an incredible opportunity to gain hands-on experience in event planning and execution within an AI-powered tech company. You’ll work closely with our Partner Marketing team, supporting event logistics, vendor coordination, registration management, and post-event data analysis.
This internship will be hybrid, with a minimum of 2 days in the office, located in San Ramon. This role would report to the Director, Field & Partner Marketing. The program will run from June 16 to August 15, 2025.
About the Team
Dialpad’s Partner Marketing team is responsible for:
Planning and executing partner events to strengthen relationships and drive business growth. Managing event logistics, including venue selection, attendee registration, and promotional materials. Coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless event execution. Analyzing event success and ROI to optimize future initiatives.About You
You’re a marketing student interested in event planning and execution. You thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy managing multiple projects, and have strong organizational skills. You’re eager to apply business judgment to real-world challenges.
Skills You'll Bring
Current student majoring in marketing or a related field. Hybrid with at least 2 days in the office. Local to San Ramon area (or will be for the summer). 60-90 days preferred (10 business weeks). To be interviewed (both for our vetting and for practice).Value to the Intern
