Participant Support Manager - DataForce

Overview:

The Participant Support Manager is responsible for coordinating local participant study logistics and providing support for participants bringing up post-study issues. This person will act as an extension of the Operations Department in assisting with study set up, project deployment and participant coordination while maintaining corporate standards. This person must be able to provide customer service and bridge the gap between our Production and Accounts Payable departments.

Position responsibilities:

Work alongside the Operations Department to manage DataForce employee requests for supplies, travel, reporting, logistics, and reimbursements.Manage main DataForce support line and provide trackable solutions to callers.Interact with participants and identify their support issue.Implement systems to streamline support issues and reduce response time.Coordinate with Production and Accounts Payable to determine the validity and cause of the issue.Create purchase orders and work with colleagues to facilitate payment.Manage ongoing payment issues, actively work them towards resolution and responding to participants in a timely manner.Exercise sound judgment regarding situations that may require escalation.Perform other special projects or duties when required.

Essential skills and experience required:

Superior written and spoken English communication skills.Being able to write and express oneself in a professional, cordial and constructive manner.Customer service and a strong work ethic.Project management skills.Awareness of Accounts Payable functions.Great attention to detail with a proactive approach to problem solving.A clear sense of urgency and able to work under pressure.Interpersonal skills that encourage teamwork, trust and openness among the employees with whom the position interfaces.Bachelor’s degree (or its equivalent).Strong computer skills and the desire to learn more.Willing to learn new things and be open to challenges.
