As this position is within DFSS, the successful candidate’s responsibilities with Dart will span several different industries including hospitality, manufacturing, real estate management and development among other industries. The Association Analyst will Prepare, assist, or manage certain Treasury related items that could include: financial reporting, cash management, investments, foreign exchange, and/or financial analysis of business development and other projects Day to Day Roles + Collect, compile, and analyze financial data including cash or investment position reports + Assist in various Treasury-related projects as assigned + Assist in the management of cash flows and forecasting to optimize returns and support strategic initiatives + Prepare and manage information and data requests from internal and external customers + Prepare or review various Treasury schedules + Assist with the coordination of daily investment and banking services provided by external service providers + Execute and maintain all duties within the internal control structure established by Treasury + Execute financial transactions (such as investment, foreign exchange, wire transfers, other electronic banking transfers, etc.) as directed Core Skills and Qualifications + Requires one of the following: + Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in accounting or finance and one (1) year of financial analysis experience or one (1) year of accounting or finance internship experience + Microsoft Word skills to include the ability to create reports containing graphs and other intermediate functions + Microsoft Excel skills to include the ability to create spreadsheets (e.g., formulas such as V-lookup, graphs, pivot tables) + Microsoft PowerPoint skills to include the ability to create presentations and add slides, insert images, move and resize objects + Ability to calculate, analyze, and interpret mathematical or financial information such as NPV, IRR, percentage differences, ratios, median, mean, weighted average, etc. + Ability to maintain composure and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced, customer-focused work environment characterized by rapid change, minimal lead times, and multiple competing priorities + Excellent verbal and written skills necessary in order to communicate intricate job-related processes + Ability to maintain confidentiality, quality, and accuracy Preferred Skills and Qualifications + Familiarity with Bloomberg system and/or online banking systems + MBA, currently enrolled in an MBA program, or CPA + Knowledge of journal entries + Knowledge of financial statements Overview: Dart makes everyday products that give people the freedom to enjoy the food & drinks they love, wherever they are.
