Part-Time Student to Purchasing Team

What will your responsibilities be?

Creation of Purchase Orders / Purchase RequestsSupporting benchmark activitiesUpdate vendor master (contact data, supplier extension etc.)Support on AP related issuesAdministrative activity in diverse projects up on demand (run reports, collect data..)Upload prices into SAPSupport by commodity duties (strategy statistics, cost drivers, preparation of meeting minutes...)

Which qualifications are we looking for in potential employees?

University Student focusing on Finance/ Accounting/ EconomyEnglish Language level B2Good MS- Excel, -Word, -PowerPoint knowledgeAbility to work in team, Detail oriented skillsPro-active approach, Responsible and quick learning personAbility to work minimum 20 hours a week for longer period (next coming year)
