Position: Part-time Special Education Teaching Assistant Location: South High School Hours: M - F, 8:00 am – 2:30 pm, 6.5 hours/day Effective: Immediately – End of School Year Ten-month position, subject to annual reappointment Duties: Support teachers and assist special education students. Provide intervention services directly to individual students and in small group settings. Rate: New applicants: $25.06/hr Current employees: In accordance with paraprofessional agreement Job Qualifications Requirements: Applicant MUST be NYS teacher or teaching assistant certified.
