Part-Time Social Assistant

BDG is looking for a Part-Time Social Assistant to work on the day-to-day running of The Zoe Report’s social media presence.
To succeed in this role, the candidate should have a strong interest in fashion, celebrity culture, and online media, with particular emphasis on the current digital output of women’s lifestyle publications. Experience running social media profiles for brands and/or personalities is desirable but not a requirement if the candidate can provide alternative evidence of their expertise in social media.
The ideal candidate will be highly organized, have a keen sense of initiative, and be confident in solving problems as they arise. A strong work ethic, flexibility, and discretion when dealing with confidential matters are all essential, as is a passion for creating first-class digital magazine content.
Candidate must be based in the New York area and be committed to coming into the office when required.
This is a Part-Time role for 20 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be able to work flexibly when tentpole events like Fashion Month and Awards Season are taking place. Key AccountabilitiesIdeate and schedule daily posts on The Zoe Report’s social media pages across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, and ThreadsCollaborate with editorial staff, designers, and video editors to create high-quality, social-first content for our cross-platform accountsMonitor social platforms for conversations and trends The Zoe Report could participate inPull data for weekly and monthly traffic reports, and assist with quick turnaround insights requestsTrack high-profile shares and engagements across The Zoe Report’s social accounts Contribute to cross-brand brainstorms, generating timely and relevant ideas regularly.
