Part Time  Security Officer

Location: Denver, CO

We have various weekend shifts available throughout the Denver Metro Area 

Rate: $19.00-$22.00/HR

Job Duties:

Patrols assigned site on foot or in vehicle; checks for unsafe conditions, hazards, unlocked doors, security violations, blocked entrances and exits, mechanical problems, and unauthorized persons. Responding to emergency situations where rapid and effective judgment, appropriate escalation and use of force is required. Writing detailed incident reports on unauthorized entries, suspicious activity, emergency situations, and any other observed issues.  Monitors surveillance cameras.

Position Requirements:

18 years of age or older  High School Diploma or GED Required  Standard computer / technology skills needed -The ability to utilize a tablet, computer, or smartphone Must be reliable, accountable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic Must have a strong grasp of appropriate and professional verbal / written communication Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills a plus Customer service background preferred  Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner Must be able to conduct patrols throughout shift Must have great attention to detail  Must be comfortable conducting access control duties  Must have a reliable means of communication  Must have a reliable means of transportation  Must have the legal right to work in the United States Must have the ability to speak, read, and write English  Must be able to meet and continue to meet any applicable state, county and municipal licensing and permit requirements for Security Officers

All candidates must be able to pass a drug test and background check
