A small family office in Midtown Manhattan is seeking to hire a long-term Temporary Part-Time Receptionist for an open-ended assignment starting on 2/4. Duties include managing the phones, greeting guests, conference room management, sorting incoming mail and handling outgoing mail, stocking the kitchen, ordering supplies as needed, and other ad hoc projects. Candidates should have at least one year of corporate experience in a similar role and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Degree required. This role is in office 3 days, Tuesday to Thursday. Must be flexible to take on more days if need be. Hours are typically 9am - 5pm with flexibility to come in earlier or stay later. Hourly rate up to $25/hr DOE.
