Part-Time Program Coordinator (C1 Contractual)

The University of Maryland, Baltimore School of Nursing is hiring a Part-Time Program Coordinator (C1 Contractual) to assist with day-to-day operational needs and administrative tasks at the Universities at Shady Grove in Montgomery County, Maryland. Our ideal candidate will work independently and apply entry level knowledge, concepts, principles, and skills.

Primary Duties:

Coordinate activities and functions of a designated program to ensure that goals and objectives for specified program are accomplished in accordance with established priorities, time limitations, funding limitations or other specifications.Coordinate day-to-day activities of the program with inter-related activities of other programs, departments, or staff to ensure optimum efficiency and compliance with appropriate policies, procedures and specifications.Manage data collection, keep records of program activities: progress, status, and outcomes, and prepare reports for management.Interact and maintain liaison with students, faculty, staff and outside/community agencies in facilitating program objectives. Build and maintain strong relationships with community members and partners in order to grow programming.Schedule, market, and promote events of the program by independently developing promotional marketing materials and event plans.May coordinate, monitor or supervise the activities of work study students, volunteers, and contractual employees.Perform other related duties as assigned.Bachelor's degree1 year of administrative or program coordination experience.Related experience to program may be substituted for education.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in healthcare is preferred.Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Canva, and survey software such as Qualtrics and Survey Monkey.
