Our client, a DC-based non-profit, is looking for a temporary part-time Office Coordinator to support their team for 24-28 hours per week!

About the Job:

Support CEO with calendar management, travel arrangements, expense reports and scheduling. Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries efficiently.Serve as the primary point of contact for all workplace support needs, promptly addressing employee inquiries and issues.Oversee essential office operations such as ordering supplies, monitoring inventory, and troubleshooting with IT.

About You:

1+ years of administrative experuience, are required.Bachelor Degree preferred.Strong MS Office Suite skills are required.Possess exceptional communication skills, coupled with adaptability to a fast-paced environment.

About the Position:
