GENERAL SUMMARY
Administrative and recruiting position working part-time in the Human Resources department at Pepperidge Farm in Richmond, Utah.


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES 
Administrative  and recruiting position working part-time in the Human Resources department at Pepperidge Farm in Richmond, Utah.  This position will be responsible for maintaining records, contacting employees for recruitment information, filing, assisting with activity planning and communications, and supporting the HR team with .  Flexibility to schedule shifts between 8 am and 6 pm Monday through Friday. Pay rate is $18/hr.


MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:
High School Diploma or GED and/or 1-year experience in administrative role.


MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Requires excellent communication skills and experience using Microsoft office programs.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
The starting rate for this full-time, hourly position is $18.

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
