The program is designed as a 1-year contract (with possibility to extension), allowing you to experience both the Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) departments. At this role, you will find both - flexibility and support to work besides studies. As a Finance Operations Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in the dynamic fields of our finance department. This internship is designed to provide you with a comprehensive understanding of financial operations while allowing you to develop key skills that will be valuable throughout your career. You will have the chance to interact with finance professionals, work with financial tools, and utilize foreign languages in a professional setting. What You Will Learn: - In-depth understanding of accounts payable and receivable processes - Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis, pivot tables, and financial modeling - Effective communication and collaboration with finance professionals - Practical application of foreign languages in a business context Key job responsibilities • Accounts Payable and Receivable: Assist in managing and processing invoices, ensuring timely payments and receipts. • Data Analysis and Reporting: Use Excel to analyze financial data, generate reports, and present findings to the finance team. • Financial Documentation: Help maintain accurate financial records and documentation, supporting audits and compliance efforts. • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to understand financial needs and provide support where necessary. • Professional Development: Participate in training sessions and workshops to expand your knowledge of finance operations and industry best practices. Base pay for this position is EUR 8 gross per hour.
