The Richmond Campus of Bryant & Stratton College is accepting applications for a part-time weekend Facilities position.

The responsibilities of this Facilities position includes the coordination and implementation of campus maintenance, cleaning, waste removal, classroom readiness, special event setup and deliveries.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES/FUNCTIONS:

Clean and sanitize campus facilities adhering to established cleaning and disposal criteria. Participate in setup and breakdown for all special events. Ensure classroom readiness for each semester. Follow an established preventative maintenance schedule for the campus. Assist in maintaining and stocking the storage areas of the campus. Perform maintenance and repairs as needed. Move furniture and equipment as needed. Perform general safety and security duties. Communicate any facilities concerns to appropriate management. Perform all other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS/POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

High School Diploma is required. Knowledge of maintenance and facility cleaning. Ability to interact with students, staff, and vendors in a professional manner. Must have a basic understanding of OSHA regulations. Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. Must be able to work the required weekend schedule. Background check is required.
